Mike Jatania, Chief Executive Officer
Mike is a founding director of Lornamead. He joined the business in 1984, performing a number of roles in a variety of countries before becoming Chief Executive in 1990.
He provides the vision and strategy for Lornamead's growth and has been instrumental in the development of the business into a brand owner with global scale and presence. He also has a wealth of experience gained initially with multinationals whose brands Lornamead represented and has put this experience to good use in Lornamead's acquisition and integration activities.

Jon Osborne, Chief Operating Officer
Jon joined Lornamead in 1999 and has over 20 years' experience gained in the global consumer product sector.
He is responsible for mergers and acquisitions, international operations and implementation of acquisition strategy. Prior to joining Lornamead he held positions at companies including International Distiller and Vintners, Revlon, Procter &
Gamble and Yardley.

Aart Weijburg, Non Executive Advisor
Aart was appointed as Lornamead's first Non-Executive Advisor in early 2007. He brings more than 30 years' experience in the FMCG arena - specifically Unilever. Aart has extensive specific experience in the Indian market and is expected to bring this knowledge to bear in Lornamead's development in the region.
Charles Hinkaty, Non Executive Advisor
Charles was appointed as Non-Executive Advisor in 2008. Based in New York, he brings to the business over thirty fives years' experience in personal care - specifically Del Laboratories; with in-depth knowledge and experience in driving market share and global expansion. He is also chairman for a number of industry associations, which did include the Consumer Healthcare Products Association.
Philip Smyth, Non Executive Director
Philip was appointed as Non Executive Director in November 2009. He brings more than 20 years of experience within the FMCG arena - specifically PZ Cussons. Philip holds two other Non Executive Directorships - one within a Personal Care contract manufacturer and the other within a hospital trust.
