Our strategy is to build a significant personal care portfolio by acquiring and building brands with a rich consumer heritage across our four key categories: hair care, skin care and cosmetics, fragrance and bath luxuries and oral care that encompasses some of the world's best-known names.
Our portfolio of heritage brands has been very carefully selected. We have targeted brands with a history of strong investment, high consumer recognition, proven product efficacy, quality distribution established with key retailers, significant market share and opportunities for international growth.
We are already building strong operating platforms globally, underpinned by our corporate headquarters in the UK. We currently have dedicated business units in the UK, Germany, Dubai, the USA, India, Thailand, Africa and Russia with others under development.
