Our portfolio of heritage brands has been very carefully selected. We have targeted brands with a history of strong investment, high consumer recognition, proven product efficacy, quality distribution established with key retailers, significant market share and opportunities for international growth.
We have strong operating platforms globally, underpinned by our corporate headquarters in the UK. We currently have dedicated business units in the UK, Germany and the USA with an additional corporate office in India.
